RACLETTE DU VALAIS AOP
The most authentic raclette cheese stems from Bagnes in the Valais and is a PDO. Good things can often be found so close – and you won’t need to travel all the way to the Valais to enjoy this wonderful delicacy. We will be delighted to serve you this specialty together with delicious steamed potatoes, pickled gherkins and pearl onions from Wednesday through to Sunday. Also available as “all-you-can-eat” for up to 15 people.
