PRODUITS AOP-IGP<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Au restaurant \u00abL\u00f6tschberg\u00bb, nous sommes ravis d\u2019utiliser principalement des produits AOP et IGP et de contribuer \u00e0 maintenir la tradition suisse et de soutenir le savoir-faire traditionnel et la production suisse. Et nous en sommes fiers !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actuellement, 25 produits certifi\u00e9s AOP et 16 sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s IGP sont enregistr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l\u2019agriculture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pourquoi AOP \/ IGP ?<\/strong><\/span>
Les produits b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une AOP (Appellation d\u2019Origine Prot\u00e9g\u00e9e) ou d\u2019une IGP (Indication G\u00e9ographique Prot\u00e9g\u00e9e) sont des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s traditionnelles qui ont un lien fort avec leur r\u00e9gion d\u2019origine. Ils sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s depuis des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations avec passion par des fromagers, boulangers, bouchers, distillateurs ou autres artisans.

Pour les produits b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une AOP, toutes les \u00e9tapes de la production, de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration du produit fini, ont lieu dans la r\u00e9gion d\u2019origine d\u00e9finie.   

Les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une IGP sont fabriqu\u00e9es, transform\u00e9es ou conditionn\u00e9es dans leur r\u00e9gion d\u2019origine.
